W-4 Form

Visit the Illinois State University Payroll website for instructions on completing your Federal W-4 and IL W-4.  You may download and bring the completed forms to the HR Orientation; however, W-4 cards will be supplied and assistance will also be provided on-site. 

Direct Deposit

All Student Team Members are requested to take advantage of direct deposit.

1. Visit the pay benefits website: my.illinoisstate.edu/paybenefits. 
2. Click "iPeople."
3. Click "Direct Deposit." Provide the requested information and submit, then call the University Payroll Office at (309) 438-4677 to complete.

**If you are not on the ISU network you must use a VPN to gain access. To install VPN capability, call IT Help at (309) 438-4357.
