Parties and Group Rates
The Bowling and Billiards Center has everything your group needs to host functions at a great price.

Birthday Party Policies
These policies are intended to maximize your visit and offer all guests a safe and enjoyable experience.

Deposits
- A minimum deposit of 75% of the balance along with a completed facility request form is required with each birthday party reservation.
- Deposits must be made in the form of checks or cash and will be held until the date of the event. At that time, the deposit can be returned or applied to the cost of the event.
- Reservations and deposits are required a minimum of ten (10) business days in advance of your event. Receipt of deposit and signed Facility Request Form will confirm your reservation.
Process
- Complete and sign facility request form. Address can be found at the bottom of the form or emailed to agsprol@ilstu.edu.
- Once notified to do so, pay deposit at the Bowling and Billiards Center Front Desk: 209 N. School Street, Normal, IL. Deposit is 75% down with the balance due at time of party. Bill can be paid in full prior to event should the requestor choose to do so.
- Pre-approval is required for food in the facility.
- Receive final confirmation information.

* Drinks must be purchased onsite - a water fountain is available.
Candles, confetti, streamers, and silly string are not allowed.
- Abide by the University Facility and Space Use Policy
- Children must be supervised for the duration of the party.
- As a courtesy to the Bowling and Billiards staff, please clean up any waste and return lightweight bowling balls (6-8 lbs) to the counter.
- The following behavior is prohibited:
- Running
- Going over the foul line or down the walkways along lane one. The bowling lanes are coated with conditioner (oil) and can be slippery. If the need arises to get a ball or other item from the lanes, notify the Bowling and Billiards Center staff to take care of it.
- Putting hands in or around the opening of the ball return. Children should not get their hands between the bowling balls when they are on the ball return rack because a returning ball could cause injury. Assist children by carrying their balls to the foul line.
ESPORT GUIDELINES:
- Keep all personal belongings with you.
- When using a computer, please store all personal belongings underneath the desk and out of way of other users.
- No food, drink, or gum (with the exception of a closed non-glass water bottle) in the main gaming area.
- We are not responsible for any personal technology and equipment brought into the space.
- Be mindful of your language and volume within the space.
- Disruptive behavior is subject to temporary removal of access to programs and services.
- Reset your computer station before you leave.
- Treat the technology and equipment it respect and care.
- Abide by ISU policy 9.2 on Appropriate Use of Information Technology Resources and Systems
